we ensure the highest quality icons possible,from printed icons, to hand painted icons. if you recieved it in a not very good quality state, you are able to get a refund if it is a valid reason.

(e.g. if an icon is in good quality but you still report about it, your'e report will be ignored.)

if you receive an icon broken, you are able to get a refund and get a new one free.

(e. g. if the icon is completely snapped in half or some other case like this.)

if you received a painted icon, but is damaged, we offer icon repairs.

(e.g. if some paint is rubbed off, gold leaf fell off etc.)

all complaints and reports MUST BE VALID.
